I went — and was surprised by the strong stuffiness. In the first room there is no air conditioning, and the staff periodically ventilates the room, opening the front door.

According to scientists, the first bread appeared more than 15,000 years ago and was a kind of mush of grated and then cooked grains. The plant germinated well in the soil, and the grown seeds increased in number, which allowed to regularly collect a large harvest.
